TheGymRat38 (11:27:39 PM): Hayden adjusted the bag on his shoulder and flicked off his flashlight as he reached his destination. "Finally, I swear in pitch black this takes much longer."
TheGymRat38 (11:28:00 PM): Grimacing he dropped his flashlight into the bag and then stepped up next to the Well of Abandoned Cards.
TheGymRat38 (11:28:22 PM): "Yo, I've got some junk to join you down there." He said, seemingly to nobody.
TheGymRat38 (11:28:54 PM): Taking the cards he didn't want from the deck he had stolen out of his pocket he held them out over the opening of the well. "Open wide."
TheGymRat38 (11:29:51 PM): "Your jokes aren't amusing Hayden. Are you even trying to find a way to gain my power?" Came a dark female voice from what seemed to be thin air.
Viewtiful Rekk (11:30:14 PM): Jin Honjou glances down at his PDA. "Lily said she was following Zandel into the forest..." He mutters. He looks at the forest around him. "But where is he...?"
TheGymRat38 (11:30:22 PM): Hayden shrugged and plopped down on the well. "I'm working on it."
TheGymRat38 (11:32:21 PM): He frowned slightly, realizing that headed back to the party would just mean he'd get there around the time it was winding down. Or around the time that chaos broke out, depending on how things went with the Order members.
TheGymRat38 (11:32:50 PM): "Damn...and here I am supposed to avoid suspicion and not both anybody. Guess I've got time to kill."
TheGymRat38 (11:33:07 PM): Feeling bored, he fished through his brown bag, searching for methods of entertainment.
TheGymRat38 (11:33:30 PM): He pulled out the flashlight and flicked it on, shining it towards a nearby tree.
TheGymRat38 (11:33:44 PM): Then, without a moment's pause, he started making shadow puppets.
TheGymRat38 (11:33:58 PM): "Wow...I've really reached the heights of boredom..."
TheGymRat38 (11:35:54 PM): Sighing he waved the flashlight back and forth, as if wishing it would perform a magic trick.
Viewtiful Rekk (11:36:02 PM): "...You know, shining light in a pitch black forest makes you very very noticeable."
TheGymRat38 (11:36:38 PM): Hayden stopped and grimaced. "Yeah, well that's only if somebody is actually looking for me. Which, apparently, you are."
TheGymRat38 (11:37:01 PM): He swung the flashlight around, searching for the source. "I recognize that voice masked bozo. Come out come out wherever you are..."
Viewtiful Rekk (11:37:37 PM): Jin walks into sight. "...Zandel."
TheGymRat38 (11:39:00 PM): "So you've done your research."
TheGymRat38 (11:39:09 PM): "Or somebody has a big mouth."
TheGymRat38 (11:39:32 PM): "What about you, got a name to go with that lack of a real face?"
Viewtiful Rekk (11:39:59 PM): "...It's not really of any importance."
TheGymRat38 (11:40:43 PM): "So that means I get to call you masked bozo all I want?"
Viewtiful Rekk (11:43:33 PM): "..." He lets out a sigh. "Fine. If you must call me something, call me...Kira." He mutters.
TheGymRat38 (11:43:52 PM): "Kira...bah, that's lame. I figure I'll just stick with masked bozo."
TheGymRat38 (11:44:16 PM): He leaned back against the well and shone his flashlight directly at Kira's head. "So, what the hell do you want?"
Viewtiful Rekk (11:45:14 PM): "What I want hasn't changed. I'm going to drag you before the proper authorities and let them deal with you and Kazimir Farkas."
TheGymRat38 (11:45:50 PM): "Mostly I'm seeing blabbing and no dragging. Honestly, can you really back up your words?"
Viewtiful Rekk (11:47:29 PM): "I was hoping we could do this peacefully."
TheGymRat38 (11:48:13 PM): "What? With words? Look, you don't have proof of anything and you're some masked weirdo. Do you really think you can put me away or even get anything accomplished?"
Viewtiful Rekk (11:49:48 PM): "I suppose there's no chance of you just admitting to your wrongdoing, then."
TheGymRat38 (11:51:03 PM): "I don't recall any wrongdoings. Unless you can't be out after hours, which doesn't apply to students who are of age. So really, I've done nothing wrong. And unless you're at least eighteen, you're the rule breaker here."
Viewtiful Rekk (11:52:42 PM): He snorts. "I'm referring to stealing Alexander Hawkeye's Duel Disk, and then dueling him with shock collars."
TheGymRat38 (11:53:31 PM): "Nope, doesn't ring a bell. Sure you're not sticking things on me that you've done? You sure look like the criminal type to me, hiding your face and all." He smirks, and a dark feminine chuckle reaches his ears.
TheGymRat38 (11:55:01 PM): "Hayden, this boy...he has one. A strong one. He's what we need."
Viewtiful Rekk (11:55:14 PM): He sighs. "Very well, then. I guess a peaceful solution isn't possible." He adopts a fighting pose.
Viewtiful Rekk (11:55:19 PM): "Whenever you're ready, then."
TheGymRat38 (11:55:26 PM): Hayden tilts his head to the side slightly and then smirks. "Actually...something just came up."
Viewtiful Rekk (11:55:35 PM): "...Excuse me?"
TheGymRat38 (11:55:50 PM): He leans forward, planting his hands on his knees and grinning like a maniac. "Ever hear the term 'Darkness Game'?"
Viewtiful Rekk (11:56:13 PM): "...."
Viewtiful Rekk (11:56:25 PM): "Are you challenging me to a Darkness Game, Zandel?"
TheGymRat38 (11:56:42 PM): "Sounds like it, doesn't it Kira!"
Viewtiful Rekk (11:56:52 PM): "....Hell no."
Viewtiful Rekk (11:57:35 PM): "I have no idea for what purpose you wish to start a Darkness Game, but I refuse to be a part of it."
TheGymRat38 (11:58:27 PM): "Really now? I'll come with you quietly if you win. And if I win, you don't bother me with this crap again, nor do you go after Kazimiar Farkas or anyone associated with him."
TheGymRat38 (11:58:31 PM): "How does that sound?"
Viewtiful Rekk (11:58:59 PM): "Why bother with that, when I can just as easily beat you senseless and drag you to the proper authorities?"
TheGymRat38 (11:59:27 PM): "Because you don't know that you can beat me."
TheGymRat38 (11:59:59 PM): He fished into his bag and brought out a pair of brass knuckles and a switchblade. "I'm not exactly unarmed, see?"

Viewtiful Rekk (12:01:29 AM): He sighs. "If that's how it has to be, so be it. But I won't fight you in a Darkness Game."
TheGymRat38 (12:02:07 AM): "Hayden, he doesn't have to agree. Let me show you it...the power of the darkness I can grant you..."
TheGymRat38 (12:02:20 AM): "Well this changes everything..."
TheGymRat38 (12:02:31 AM): The woods start to fade away and a purple fog rolls in around their feet.
Viewtiful Rekk (12:02:59 AM): "....So, you're starting it anyway..."
TheGymRat38 (12:03:20 AM): "Something like that. Since you were a stubborn ass, it had to happen this way. Nothing personal, really."
Viewtiful Rekk (12:04:16 AM): He snorts and activates his Duel Disk. "Fine then. I'll just have to defend myself, then."
TheGymRat38 (12:04:45 AM): Hayden pulls his duel disk out of his bag and attaches it to his arm. "I hope...that you'll at least take some enjoyment from an intense duel like this."
TheGymRat38 (12:05:11 AM): The disk flips open as he slams his deck into place. "Shall we, masked bozo?"
Viewtiful Rekk (12:05:42 AM): "...." He takes in a deep breath and stands completely still. After a moment, a white aura surrounds him. "...Alright. Let's begin."
Viewtiful Rekk (12:07:06 AM): "I will draw six to start."
Viewtiful Rekk (12:08:58 AM): "One monster in defense and two reverses. I end my turn."

TheGymRat38 (12:21:24 AM): A mirror appears in front of the Card Gunner and shatters, sending glass towards it.

TheGymRat38 (12:35:14 AM): "The reason I drew you into a Darkness Game in this place, was for the purpose of unleashing a force to grant me greater power."

TheGymRat38 (12:36:36 AM): "I didn't start this Darkness Game. In fact, I haven't a clue how to. And not only that, I can't see what's called 'duel spirits' or gain power from them like some others on this island. Including you..."
Viewtiful Rekk (12:37:13 AM): "...How are you aware of such things if you can't do them yourself?"
TheGymRat38 (12:37:52 AM): "A little lady told me. And another lady told me how to gain that power, and the power to control the ultimate thrill of a Darkness Game!"
TheGymRat38 (12:38:50 AM): "A Darkness Game, against an opponent with a strong duel spirit a partner, like yourself. And then, to release her...to gain her power...all I have to do is summon her out!"
TheGymRat38 (12:39:16 AM): "Chains that have kept her held and sleeping in the Well of Abandoned Cards for ten long years, I'll shatter them right now and gain her power!"
Viewtiful Rekk (12:39:20 AM): "..." Jin gulps, feeling some sweat run down this face. What is this....? I suddenly feel...foreboding in the air. I never sensed anytjhing like this around Zandel...who has he allied himself with?!
TheGymRat38 (12:39:57 AM): "Yes! Call me forth, so that all on this island can feel the terrible grip of my love!"
TheGymRat38 (12:40:18 AM): "So it is...I sacrifice Phantom Gunner and the Gunner Token!"
TheGymRat38 (12:40:49 AM): "The dark lady of the heart's suffering, break your chains and enter this duel!"
TheGymRat38 (12:40:58 AM): The two gunners are engulfed by pillars of black flame.
TheGymRat38 (12:41:08 AM): The flame combines together into one massive pyre.

Viewtiful Rekk (12:42:05 AM): Jin takes several steps back. "No...she's supposed to be sealed away...this is impossible!"
TheGymRat38 (12:42:15 AM): The flames dissipate and a tall demonic female with a body that was half a dark purplish color and the other half a dead black. Her eyes were yellow and turqoise, and a third eye was open upon her forehead.
TheGymRat38 (12:42:28 AM): Her wings spread out behind her and she raised her arms up, as if stretching.
TheGymRat38 (12:42:45 AM): "I was sealed Kira, but now I am free."
Viewtiful Rekk (12:43:49 AM): He takes in a deep breath. I'm....I'm not nearly at a high enough level to fight a spirit as powerful as Yubel...!
TheGymRat38 (12:43:59 AM): "Now...I'll activate my face down card, Embodiment of Apophis which comes onto the field as a monster! (1600/1800)"
TheGymRat38 (12:44:41 AM): "I'll continue by setting two cards face down. And now...I end my turn, offering my little reptilian friend here to keep Yubel in play."
TheGymRat38 (12:44:56 AM): The reptilian warrior fades away, motes of light floating into Yubel's third eye.
Viewtiful Rekk (12:44:58 AM): "...Draw!"
Viewtiful Rekk (12:45:34 AM): He looks over his hand and smirks.
Viewtiful Rekk (12:46:08 AM): "I was a bit worried...but now I see I had no reason to be."
Viewtiful Rekk (12:46:49 AM): "Flip summon Giant Germ!" A large pulsating sphere appears. (1000/0)
Viewtiful Rekk (12:47:09 AM): "Magic Card - Creature Swap!"
TheGymRat38 (12:47:47 AM): "What a pity...is it alright Yubel?"
TheGymRat38 (12:47:57 AM): "Go ahead, its what I want."
Viewtiful Rekk (12:48:11 AM): The Germ floats over to Yubel's side of the field.
TheGymRat38 (12:48:21 AM): "You heard the lady. Reveal trap card, Destruction Ring in chain to your magic card!"
Viewtiful Rekk (12:48:46 AM): "?!"
Viewtiful Rekk (12:48:53 AM): "But, if Yubel is destroyed...!"
TheGymRat38 (12:49:02 AM): "And now, we both take one thousand damage!"
TheGymRat38 (12:49:19 AM): Yubel cackles with mad glee as a ring of grenades straps around her waist and then detonates, covering most of the field in smoke.

TheGymRat38 (12:50:50 AM): A massive dragon with the same color scheme as Yubel emerges from the smoke.
Viewtiful Rekk (12:51:02 AM): He frowns. "Dammit..."
TheGymRat38 (12:51:10 AM): "My power grows boy...and I can feel it...that delicious feeling."
TheGymRat38 (12:51:29 AM): Her third eye glows. "Boy, show me the darkness in your heart!"
Viewtiful Rekk (12:51:53 AM): "...What are you talking about?!"
TheGymRat38 (12:52:19 AM): "The lady asked a question. Why not oblige her?"
TheGymRat38 (12:52:44 AM): "Deny it all you like, but I can feel the darkness pulsating in your heart. Let me see it..."
Viewtiful Rekk (12:57:40 AM): Images of a younger Jin (sans costume, of course) talking to an older man with an angelic mechanical wolf standing by would flash through Yubel's third eye in rapid succession.
Viewtiful Rekk (12:58:17 AM): "No....stay out of my mind, demon!" Jin calls out as a flash of white energy shoots from his side of the field, attempting to force Yubel's influence away.
TheGymRat38 (12:58:59 AM): "Boy, your power is weak!" The white energy dissipates as Yubel's third eye glows even brighter.
TheGymRat38 (12:59:19 AM): "What fun...he's suffering and he isn't even getting injured!"
Viewtiful Rekk (1:03:02 AM): This time, a single image of a large powerful angel, covered in purple armor appears. At this, Jin bellows "GET OUT!" And attempts to force her out with far greater strength this time.
TheGymRat38 (1:03:57 AM): Yubel laughs with delight and her eye stops glowing. "You'll be strong one day boy, with that suffering of love you've felt..."
TheGymRat38 (1:04:10 AM): "Heh, its still your turn bozo..."
Viewtiful Rekk (1:04:37 AM): "...I can't let something like this make it past here..." He mutters.
Viewtiful Rekk (1:04:55 AM): "Winged Kuriboh in defense mode! I end my turn!"
TheGymRat38 (1:05:11 AM): "I draw!"
Viewtiful Rekk (1:05:45 AM): A winged puffball appears and lets out an enthusiastic "Kuri, kuri!" (300/200)
TheGymRat38 (1:06:06 AM): "Heh...let's both suffer a little shall we? Tremendous Fire!"
TheGymRat38 (1:06:15 AM): A massive ball of fire suddenly engulfes the entire field.

TheGymRat38 (1:11:08 AM): He closes his eyes and smirks. "Everything that Yubel sees..."
TheGymRat38 (1:11:18 AM): "With these eyes, I see as well!"
TheGymRat38 (1:11:39 AM): He opens his eyes, revealing the right one to be an orange-ish color and the left turquoise, the same as Yubel's two eyes.
Viewtiful Rekk (1:11:53 AM): "...Dammit....an Avatar Seal..."
TheGymRat38 (1:12:17 AM): "With this power...I can have the ultimate excitement of seeing the pain and darkness of anyone!"
TheGymRat38 (1:12:27 AM): "Goodbye...Jin Honjou!"
TheGymRat38 (1:12:42 AM): "Open face down card, Destruction Ring!"
Viewtiful Rekk (1:14:56 AM): "Argh...!" He calls out. As the wave of damage hits him...his mask cracks and shatters, revealing his face.

Viewtiful Rekk (1:15:19 AM): Jin drops to the ground and looks up. "D-dammit..." He mutters.
TheGymRat38 (1:16:57 AM): In the air above the Well a giant shape looms, tremendous in size with two long necks stretching up at the top and vast wings.
TheGymRat38 (1:17:12 AM): Its shadow darkness over Jin's body, blanketing even the darkness of the Darkness Game.
Viewtiful Rekk (1:18:49 AM): Jin stares up at the massive form. "D-das...Extreme...." He mutters.
Viewtiful Rekk (1:18:51 AM): (0000)
TheGymRat38 (1:19:03 AM): The shadow fades, and so does the Darkness Game.
TheGymRat38 (1:19:29 AM): Hayden smirks and shuffles up his deck. "That was fun. Thanks for the thrill."
Viewtiful Rekk (1:19:43 AM): "Go to hell..." Jin growls back.
TheGymRat38 (1:19:48 AM): Reaching down he picks up the bag and returns his duel disk to it.
TheGymRat38 (1:20:23 AM): "Maybe next time, you'll be stronger bozo...strong enough not to cower behind a mask."
TheGymRat38 (1:21:28 AM): With one last smirk he flicks on his flashlight and starts to walk away. "See ya later, Jin. And remember, your time dealing with Kazimir and everyone associated with him...is over. Your time playing the hero, is up."
Viewtiful Rekk (1:23:31 AM): Jin punches the ground. He'd like to give Hayden a few four letter words, but knows he can't disobey the rules of the Darkness Game. "...Fine.." He says through clenched teeth.
TheGymRat38 (1:25:46 AM): As he disappears into the forest, Hayden's eyes at last return to normal.
