Viewtiful Rekk: Suddenly, wherever he is, Riku would be getting a call.
Y Ruler of Time: "..." Riku looks at his PDA. He looks down at Quince. "...Should I answer? The last time I answered his call, somebody died."
Y Ruler of Time: Quince looks at him pointedly. He sighs. "Right, right..." Beep. "What's up?"
Viewtiful Rekk: "Kayou, right?"
Y Ruler of Time: "...Yeah. You've called me before."
Viewtiful Rekk: "Yeah, well, I'm sure you've noticed all the crazy shit that's happening, right?"
Y Ruler of Time: "You referring to people being possessed? Or just Jin being put in a nightmare-filled coma for the past few days?"
Viewtiful Rekk: "....didn't know the second one..."
Y Ruler of Time: "Don't worry about it. You were saying?"
Viewtiful Rekk: "Well, we need to meet up and figure out what the hell we're doing about this."
Y Ruler of Time: "..." Riku blinked. "You want to meet up and plan stuff out?"
Viewtiful Rekk: "...what's so surprising about that!?"
Y Ruler of Time: "...Whatever. Should we meet at your dorm? The infirmary? What?"
Viewtiful Rekk: "The clearing in the forest need the Red dorm."
Y Ruler of Time: "Right. I'll gather our group up."
Viewtiful Rekk: "Thanks." Amado hangs up.
Viewtiful Rekk: Next, Amado calls Lily.
Sinisquirrel: Lily picks up in the infirmary, having not left for quite some time. "Amado-san?" She hadn't heard from him in a few days.
Viewtiful Rekk: "Hey, Lily. How's Jin doing?" Amado sounds a bit concerned.
Sinisquirrel: "Better some times, worse on others... Did you need something?" 'Better' being those times when the nurse's aide seemed able to do something to calm him down.
Viewtiful Rekk: "Well...I wanted to get everybody together to try and do something about the people who've been doing these things."
Sinisquirrel: "Right, of course..." I don't want to leave, but... "Where are we meeting?"
Viewtiful Rekk: "The clearing in the forest near the Red dorm."
Sinisquirrel: "I'll be there as soon as I can. Thank you, Amado-san." The goth hangs up and leaves a note for the clinic workers before dashing off.
Viewtiful Rekk: "Yeah..." Amado hangs up as well.
Viewtiful Rekk: Whenever the various people arrive at the clearing, they'll see several training dummies of various condition, but no Amado.
Sinisquirrel: "It seems to be the place..."
Y Ruler of Time: "Yyyyyup."
Rakath Chaos: "Man..." Amy wanders in, "He calls us all here and is late..."
Viewtiful Rekk: Anna snorts. "Just like a Red to be late to a meeting he called..."
Viewtiful Rekk: Jo is staying close to Amy. "Maybe he's...hiding?"
Sinisquirrel: "I don't think that has anything to do with it..."
Y Ruler of Time: "That 'holier-than-other-dorms' thing's gettin' kinda old, y'know."
Viewtiful Rekk: "I only say it because it's true."
Rakath Chaos: "Riku... you feel that? That sinking feeling that something's wrong..."
Y Ruler of Time: "Something's always wrong. It isn't so much 'sinking' as 'sunk'."
Sinisquirrel: The other Red there also has a sinking feeling... but, then, she didn't expect Amado to be quite himself.
Rakath Chaos: "I meant more than usual you said Amado knew about the possession?"
Viewtiful Rekk: Amado drops from a tree, letting out a grunt as he lands, wearing a black tanktop and pants rather than his uniform. "You guys sure do like talking about people behind their backs."
Y Ruler of Time: "Who's 'you guys'? I said nothing."
Rakath Chaos: Amy thinks for a moment, "This is a trap, isn't it?"
Y Ruler of Time: "Why does it have to be a trap? Because you have a bad feeling?"
Viewtiful Rekk: Amado snorts. "Th' fuck makes you think that?"
Sinisquirrel: "Amy-san, that's a bit unnecessary... just because Amado-san was late doesn't mean anything."
Y Ruler of Time: "Maybe Amado likes dressing up like a rock fan."
Rakath Chaos: "Your outfit."
Y Ruler of Time: "Maybe Amado is a rocker."
Sinisquirrel: "It doesn't not suit him."
Rakath Chaos: "Yeah, but here's the thing, Amado's a seal holder, he's got power beyond what we know... He was someone I figure the bad guys would have an eye on..."
Viewtiful Rekk: Amado snorts. "Yeah, I'm definitely evil because I have a seal!"
Viewtiful Rekk: "You're a fucking asshole, Sullivan."
Y Ruler of Time: "You are kinda jumping to conclusions, y'know."
Rakath Chaos: "Sorry, friends are evil or in comas. I don't like this week."
Rakath Chaos: Amy shakes her head, "Sorry Tweedledee, but you can't be too careful."
Viewtiful Rekk: "Yeah, well, the second we start mistrusting each other is the second they win. Get it?"
Sinisquirrel: "Mn, so... you had an idea? Who is behind this, maybe?"
Rakath Chaos: "Yeah, but, no offense. Heard about your Dragon... I don't think you can help so much. Your power would just cause more problems." Amy looked down.
Viewtiful Rekk: Amado glares at Amy.
Y Ruler of Time: "How thoughtful of you, Amy."
Rakath Chaos: "Now isn't the time for thoughtfulness. Haven't noticed but of the usual party one is evil and another is in a coma."
Sinisquirrel: "Haste makes waste, Amy-san. I think that's the saying."
Viewtiful Rekk: "Yeah, well." He takes a step forward, and vanishes, appearing in the center of the group.
Viewtiful Rekk: A dark green katana forms in his hand. "It'll cause more problems then you think." He slashes in a wide circle.
Rakath Chaos: Amy's eyes and hair change color as a sword forms in her hand to parry the attack.
Y Ruler of Time: Riku has enough time for his eyes to widen in shock as a shallow cut appears in his chest.
Viewtiful Rekk: "!!" Anna leaps backwards as the blade slashes through her shirt, while Jo just stumbles behind Amy.
Sinisquirrel: Lily falls back with a cut to her jacket and a question of, "What!?"
Viewtiful Rekk: "Tch." Amado shoots back. "Sorry, but I have to do this. Well, sorry to you, Lily. Rest of you, I don't give a right shit about."
Sinisquirrel: "Why do you have to do this?"
Rakath Chaos: "So... now what?"
Viewtiful Rekk: "...It's not something you have to know."
Rakath Chaos: "This part of your master plan to save yourself, The Hellnurse, and Donovan?"
Viewtiful Rekk: Amado growls. "Y'know what pisses me off the most about you, Sullivan?"
Sinisquirrel: Something seemingly irreparable has happened... In that case... Lily starts taking out amulets and readies them to use on Amy.
Viewtiful Rekk: "You always act like you fucking know everything, when you're as far off as humanly possible."
Rakath Chaos: "I know where I stand. What's important to me..."
Viewtiful Rekk: "You go first." He shoots forward, holding the katana in a reverse grip and bringing it up in a slash.
Rakath Chaos: Amy does her best to block the attack with her own blade. However she's not used to such a direct strategy in combat.
Y Ruler of Time: Riku grimaces, kneeling on the ground as he holds one hand to his wound, and the other to the ground.
Viewtiful Rekk: "A-amy-sempai...!" Jo looks over and spots Riku, running over to him. "Riku-sempai, are you okay?!"
Y Ruler of Time: "I'll be fine in a minute...if you can't do anything, just get behind me and stay there."
Viewtiful Rekk: "You're not able to fight with a sword, are you Sullivan?"
Rakath Chaos: "I only got it a week ago," Amy muttered.
Viewtiful Rekk: Amado snorts and begins slashing at her wildly.
Sinisquirrel: She does need help, then! Lily had no idea didn't know how to use her weapon before, but now... Flying towards her back would a triangle. Strenth, Speed, and Courage.
Sinisquirrel: As long as she at least tried, they'd hold up... for a while.
Rakath Chaos: Amy gets the three amulets on the back, and does a bit better holding Amado off, but she's not actually attacking yet. Just defending.
Rakath Chaos: "You sure you want to do this Seal of Wind?"
Y Ruler of Time: "Just a little longer, Amy...gotta acquaint myself a bit with the locals..."
Viewtiful Rekk: Amado snarls and slams his blade on to hers, before bringing one hand up at her. A dark green orb starts glowing in his hand.
Viewtiful Rekk: "I have a name!" He snarls as the orb grows in size.
Sinisquirrel: "What do you mean, 'locals...?'" Lily takes to moving beside Riku and Jo
Rakath Chaos: "Anna, give me some space, I need to get the proper attire on!" A Halo forms on Amy's free hand.
Viewtiful Rekk: "What the hell do you want me to do!?"
Rakath Chaos: "A Wall would be nice!"
Viewtiful Rekk: "Dammit, alright..." Anna mutters something under her breath. "Sanctuary!" A semi-transparent wall slams down between Amy and Amado.
Rakath Chaos: "Thanks." Amy closes her eyes for a moment. "Sword of Rainbows, be my Wish. Weaving Wings, Let me fight. Caladbolg! Wingweaver, I need you!"
Viewtiful Rekk: "Tch! Don't underestimate me!" Amado fires the Burst, and the wall holds up...for a few seconds. The Burst is greatly weakened by the time it breaks through to Amy again, but it still breaks through.
Rakath Chaos: Amy's Halo floats in front of her to block the remaining blast. Her transformation takes a few more moments. Her outfit now a long white dress, decent amount of armor on her, and a shield on her left arm.
Rakath Chaos: Her Wings and Halos are as standard with her transformation, "Now that I'm in my fighting form, shall we start again."
Viewtiful Rekk: Amado grunts. "Fine." He leaps back. A tattoo rapidly starts spreading over him, looking like a black gust on his body.
Rakath Chaos: Amy takes this moment to fly forward slashing at Amado's chest.
Viewtiful Rekk: Amado slides underneath Amy, and spins back on to his feet. Afterwards, he leaps after her and brings his sword down at her back.
Rakath Chaos: Amy's looks back to see the attack, two of her three Halos block her back. She then turns to swing her sword across Amado's chest again.
Viewtiful Rekk: "Dammit!" Amado throws his hand forward. A strong gust of wind shoots between Amy and Amado, blowing her forwards and him backwards.
Rakath Chaos: Amy flaps her wings and flies to put some distance between herself and Amado, then waits a moment.
Y Ruler of Time: "Amado...why the hell are you doin' this!?"
Viewtiful Rekk: "...It's not for you guys to know. I already said that."
Y Ruler of Time: "Is this because of Adam? Is that it!?"
Viewtiful Rekk: "..." Amado bites his lip. "Shut up."
Rakath Chaos: "Pierce." Amy starts firing off energy beams at Amado from all three Halos.
Y Ruler of Time: "You're letting yourself be pulled into a circle of killing, you idiot!"
Sinisquirrel: "Riku-san, I don't think insulting him will help..." Though she has to admit it's looking bad.
Viewtiful Rekk: Amado swings his katana. A wall of wind forms and grabs the energy beams, knocking them away.
Viewtiful Rekk: "You're just trying to distract me....it won't work!" He shoots forward, the wall disappearing as he brings his blade up at Amy once more.
Sinisquirrel: We'll need someone more if Amy-san can't keep it up... Lily moves behind Jo and brings out her PDA.
Rakath Chaos: Amy blocks with her own blade. "Pierce." Again, beams of energy as Amado is caught sword to sword.
Viewtiful Rekk: As she moves, somebody is now standing behind Lily. "Ah, dare I ask what you're doing?"
Viewtiful Rekk: Amado takes the beams and shoots his hand out, grabbing at Amy's head. "Try to block it this time!" He snarls, another green orb appearing in his hand.
Sinisquirrel: Lily doesn't look back. "Nothing that concerns you." Whoever you are.
Rakath Chaos: "Anna, the others." Amy flaps her wings and puts a bit more range between herself and Amado again, flying straight backwards. "Come on Petals, hurry up! Pierce." Once again, beams aimed at Amado, except the one aimed at Desdemona.
Y Ruler of Time: "Just a few seconds..."
Viewtiful Rekk: Desdemona waves a hand, and a barrier appears and blocks the beam. "Come now, if I'd have dodged, that may have hit your fri-GAH!" She, however, does not dodge the punch to the face.
Viewtiful Rekk: "Amy, stop ordering me around."
Rakath Chaos: "I wouldn't need to if you paid attention!"
Sinisquirrel: "There." Lily's message is made and sent. If the calvary got it, they should come... well, whenever it was most convenient.
Y Ruler of Time: "Who did you call?"
Viewtiful Rekk: "Dammit...!" Amado growls, waving another wall in front of the beams. He suddenly leaps back, and delivers a strong kick to Anna, knocking her backwards.
Viewtiful Rekk: "Aah. Thank you, Amado dear." Desdemona's hand glows for a moment, and she runs over to Riku, and strikes him on the back of the neck.
Y Ruler of Time: Thwak. "Ungh-!" He bends forward with the blow.
Rakath Chaos: Amado should notice a gleam of a sword behind then have this odd bit of Dejavu as Amy is about to drop from above him with her sword. "AETHER!"
Viewtiful Rekk: "I'd hate to have to destroy the foliage you would create, so..." She attempts to shove him on to his stomach with a foot. "Just stay there, please."
Y Ruler of Time: "Nnn...sure thing...not gonna move..."
Viewtiful Rekk: "Th' fu-ARGH!" Amado is smashed on his shoulder by the blade. There's no cut, but he feels the hit just the same.
Y Ruler of Time: And that was when the largest venus fly trap you've ever seen sprang up in front of him.
Rakath Chaos: And, make it really insulting, "Sorry, but you get no Sympathy from me."
Viewtiful Rekk: Desdemona let out a sigh, and brought up both hands. Gouts of flame shot from her hands at the fly trap.
Viewtiful Rekk: Amado grunts as he pulls away, slapping a hand to his shoulder. "...so you don't even think I'm worth taking seriously, huh...?"
Rakath Chaos: "Well, you would be, but that was just too good to give up."
Sinisquirrel: "I also hate to do this..." Lily reaches out for Desdemona's leg, a piece of paper between her hand and the skin of her leg. The amulet between the two is ink-side up and should burn.
Y Ruler of Time: "Everyone I come up against has to burn it, don't they?" The now on-fire fly trap...bends down to chomp at Desdemona anyway.
Viewtiful Rekk: Amado's blade flickers momentarily. "...so that's it, huh?" The tattoo surges over more of his body, and the blade becomes solid again. He takes his hand off his shoulder and grips the katana with both hands.
Viewtiful Rekk: "Gnh!" Desdemona immediately leaps backwards once she feels the burning on her legs, grabbing at the slip and flinging it away. As she's now off Riku, the fiery plant is now...well, headed towards him instead.
Rakath Chaos: Amy takes a ready stance, "Ah... my secrets out... oh well, I should of put a hurt on your spirit power anyway before you figured it out."
Sinisquirrel: "Who are you and what do you want, anyway?"
Y Ruler of Time: Riku feels the pressure removed from his back...and realizes what's about to happen. "Oh, shi-" Swallowed.
Viewtiful Rekk: Desdemona lands on a tree branch. "Ah, where are my manners?" She gives a polite curtsey. "My name is Desdemona."
Viewtiful Rekk: "Amado is under my employ for the moment, so I am here to support him."
Sinisquirrel: "So you did this to him? How dare you!"
Viewtiful Rekk: "I'll just have to beat you before you manage to cut me again, then!"
Viewtiful Rekk: "I merely made an offer to him. He accepted, and I gave him some of my power to support him."
Rakath Chaos: "Right, well, if you say so."
Viewtiful Rekk: "If you wish it to stop..." She smiles. "That could be arranged as well."
Sinisquirrel: "You'll release him? How?"
Viewtiful Rekk: "Simple. Our agreement was that he stop all those from interfering with the work of my king and myself."
Viewtiful Rekk: "If you all were to swear a contract that you would not interfere...I would gladly release Amado from his contract with me."
Sinisquirrel: "We are not going to make such an agreement."
Viewtiful Rekk: "Are you sure?" She brings a finger to her lip. "Are you sure you do not wish to avoid another incident like what happened to Jin Honjou...?"
Rakath Chaos: "Tsukayama. A question. Why do you fight for them? You keep saying it isn't our concern, and since I will not stop fighting till I'm dead, no harm to you if you tell me."
Viewtiful Rekk: Amado snarls. "I said it's no-" "Amado dear, it's alright. They have a right to know."
Y Ruler of Time: By this time the mutant fly trap has collapsed. Riku crawls out of the burning remnants, looking rather singed.
Viewtiful Rekk: "..." Amado is silent. "Fine. She said if I stop all you guys from interfering with her...she'll let me see Adam again."
Y Ruler of Time: "...And you really believe her?"
Sinisquirrel: "..." Taking that into consideration, Lily becomes quite angry. "Arrogant witch! Manipulating the feelings of people with things they can't help and can't have!"
Viewtiful Rekk: "You say that as if it's something I'm not capable of."
Rakath Chaos: "...Very well then. I can't say I trust her, but it is a good reason to do something stupid. However, you must understand something. You're no different from Donovan."
Sinisquirrel: "Amy-san! You can't be backing down!"
Viewtiful Rekk: "...th' fuck does that mean?!"
Rakath Chaos: "Who said I was backing down."
Rakath Chaos: "You use a power that is too dangerous to use for selfish means. Alastor at least wasn't anyone's puppet. If your power wasn't in check, I'd do whatever I needed to put you down."
Rakath Chaos: And in a mock Amado tone, "You say that like I'm already gone."
Viewtiful Rekk: "...." Amado vanishes in a Wingbeat, and appears behind Amy, slamming the hilt of his sword down on to her neck.
Rakath Chaos: Amy falls over, not expecting such a quick attack. "I suppose I deserved that. Pierce!" Beam from behind Amado to give Amy time to gather herself up and get back into position.
Sinisquirrel: Meanwhile, turned back towards Desdemona: "I should know... there are few who can give what you promise. That you're manipulating him for that makes me believe you are a charlatan."
Y Ruler of Time: Riku backs Amy up, calling up a wall of vines to tangle up Amado's limbs.
Viewtiful Rekk: "Dammit!" Amado hacks at the vines.
Rakath Chaos: Amy gets up and just starts bringing her sword down on him. Trying to just cause as much harm as possible while he's distracted.
Viewtiful Rekk: "Ah, my dear...you're wise, but still, quite young. I am more than capable of granting what Amado desires."
Viewtiful Rekk: Amado interrupts by shooting his foot forward in a kick capable of a Spartan warrior.
Rakath Chaos: Amy catches the kick and holds his leg out, "Riku, bind this thing out here."
Y Ruler of Time: Thorny vines snap out of the ground to wrap up the leg almost before she's done speaking.
Viewtiful Rekk: "Pardon me, my young friends." Desdemona throws a cloak over herself and shoots forward like a dart right at Amy.
Polk Kitsune: As the vines reach out, a white knife flies right for it, cutting them clean.
Rakath Chaos: Amy decides now would be a good time to gain some altitude. And she shoots straight to the air to get a better sense of things.
Viewtiful Rekk: Desdemona shoots past, and hrmphs as she pulls the cloak off, putting it away. "She's quick."
Sinisquirrel: Of course she is... still? Possibly. Dammit, Ikuhara, do something!
Y Ruler of Time: An electric crackling heralds the approach of another newcomer. Xander steps forward holding a Duel Disk out, the front tip of it glowing.
Rakath Chaos: Amy looks around for a moment, "Screw it," She just starts blasting out energy beams at Desdemona. "Amado, I'm not ignoring you, she's just more annoying than you."
Y Ruler of Time: The light appears to be caused by a stream of electricity flowing between two prongs.
Y Ruler of Time: "This is getting really bad..." Riku mutters to himself, suddenly taking a runner's stance.
Viewtiful Rekk: Desdemona casually waves an arm, and all of the beams are blocked. "My dear, you were far better off fighting him."
Polk Kitsune: But right in the direction Riku was about to go out for, Meso leaped out, grinning wickedly as his other knife twirled in his left hand.
Viewtiful Rekk: "Amado dear. Go stop Mr. Ka-....aaaaah" Desdemona smiles. "How convenient..."
Sinisquirrel: "It is. Riku-san... if it gets any worse, we'll have to try to evacuate the area..."
Y Ruler of Time: Riku grimaces for a minute, and pauses to stretch a hand out. A tree appears in front of him.
Y Ruler of Time: In between himself and Meso, that is.
Polk Kitsune: Meso raised an eyebrow, and turned back a moment, whistling out. "BRUTUS! CALIGULA!"
Rakath Chaos: "Lily, I think its already that bad." Amy is using real names, this means we're in trouble.
Viewtiful Rekk: "Alexander!" Anna has recovered from the kick Amado dealt her earlier, but one of her arms looks pretty bad. "What...the hell are you doing!?"
Rakath Chaos: "Damnit, now its worse..."
Y Ruler of Time: " 'Brutus' and 'Caligula'?"
Polk Kitsune: And as he called them out, two giant canine jaws bit the tree, growing as flame flared up from their nostrils, and ripped the tree off it's root, tossing it aside.
Sinisquirrel: "Then try to get as many of 'our' people out of here as possible." Lily says grimly, fanning out a few amulets.
Y Ruler of Time: "...I'm beginning to think we're going to die."
Viewtiful Rekk: Jo, meanwhile, has taken to hiding behind a tree. "...g-guys..." She mutters weakly.
Polk Kitsune: The two-headed hellhoud slowly came out of the forest, it's body glowing between the flames and the black tendrils coming from it's body. "Meet my little pet... Or pets. Whichever."
Y Ruler of Time: Xander pauses to look at Anna. He greets her with a smile. "Oh, just trying to test my new gizmo out."
Rakath Chaos: "What is it... oh, really, well..." Amy looks down at Desdemona, "You there, you got a Duel spirit, right?"
Viewtiful Rekk: "Amado dear. Stop Miss Sakuma." "...yeah." Amado shoots forward, and stops in front of Lily, pointing the blade at her. "....put those away, Lily."
Viewtiful Rekk: Desdemona smiles at Amy. "I do."
Viewtiful Rekk: "Why are you helping these...people?!"
Y Ruler of Time (10:04:03 PM): He shrugs. "They're fun."
Rakath Chaos (10:04:56 PM): "Well, how about we let our spirits do the talking for us?"

Sinisquirrel: "What will you do if I don't?"
Polk Kitsune: The hellhoud started to go forward, looking down at Riku with a burning stare. "Oh, you two, do play with the boy. "
Viewtiful Rekk: "...I'll have to stop you myself."
Viewtiful Rekk: "They're fun!?" She grabs him by the collar. "Alexander Hawkeye, they're messing with your head! For God's sake, snap out of it!"
Polk Kitsune: Meso simply grinned as he let the dog take care of plant man, and turned his attention to the others. "Let's see now..."
Viewtiful Rekk: "Ah...I think not." Desdemona swings her arm and a brightly glowing red sphere shoots at Amy. Once it's close, it explodes.
Sinisquirrel: "Do you think you'll be satisfied seeing me through her means as well?"
Y Ruler of Time: "No...nobody's messing with me...I'm in full control here..." He accepts Anna's grapple, and in fact leans forward, kissing her on the lips.
Y Ruler of Time: He then presses his taser attachment to her side.
Rakath Chaos: Amy fans her wings infront of herself. The blast knocking her back. "Pity. Pierce!"
Rakath Chaos: The beams are all aimed for... Xander, right above him.
Viewtiful Rekk: "Mgh?!" Anna lets out a muffled scream as the taser touches her.
Viewtiful Rekk: The beams all strike another Sanctuary Wall.
Viewtiful Rekk: "...he's still my boyfriend...dammit..." She grunts and drops unconscious.
Y Ruler of Time: "Hatedogshatedogshatedogshatedogs..." Riku is currently running.
Rakath Chaos: "Damn... Jo, I want you to trust me. I know what I'm going to ask is really really bad, It scares me I gotta ask this."
Polk Kitsune: Meso snickers as he watched the beam shoot out, and pulls out his rubber chicken. "I suppose it's your time to shine, godchicken..."
Viewtiful Rekk: Jo looks up. "H-huh...?"
Rakath Chaos: "Unseal your arm."
Polk Kitsune: And right behind Riku, the hellhound was chasing after, both jaws open wide.
Viewtiful Rekk: "....I just want to see Adam again. I don't want to hurt you, okay?!"
Viewtiful Rekk: Jo's eyes widen. "...w-what...?"
Sinisquirrel: "I thought you had moved forward, Amado-san..."
Y Ruler of Time: "Aw, for the love of-" vines springs up from the ground and ensnare themselves around the two-headed dog's body. "SIT!"
Rakath Chaos: "I know, I know its a really really stupid suggestion..." Amy says, "But, look at where we are, and how bad it is... I'm sorry I gotta ask it, but, please."
Viewtiful Rekk: "..." Amado snarls. "FINE!" His leg shoots into her gut for a kick.
Sinisquirrel: And Lily is struck with a wordless cry, amulets falling from her hand. I thought I could reach out to him...
Polk Kitsune: The dog barely slowed down as the vines caught it, barking out for Riku. It forced against the vines a moment, but quickly, it's body burst into flames, charring down the vines, the black tendrils taking them off it's body...
Viewtiful Rekk: Amado is immediately moving forward, striking with the flat side of his blade. After that, he only continues to attack, aiming strike after strike at Lily.
Rakath Chaos: Amy growls and flies in with a slash at Amado's back.
Viewtiful Rekk: Several small explosions go off around Amy as she tries to fly at Amado.
Viewtiful Rekk: "Don't forget your opponent, Amy dear."
Rakath Chaos: Amy gets blasted down, "Right... Jo. I can't protect everyone I need your help!" Amy spins and lands on her feet, then rushes Desdemona.
Rakath Chaos: "Save Lily!"
Viewtiful Rekk: Desdemona leaps backwards, almost floating, and merely sets off more and more of the explosions all around Amy.
Polk Kitsune: Meso soon found his way next to his queen, leaping back with her, grinning widely. "Nice match, I gota admit."
Y Ruler of Time: "This...is...so..." Riku snarls, spinning and planting his feet. The same maneuver he planned before is executed, a pair of roots emerging from the ground for him to plant his feet against.
Viewtiful Rekk: "Amy-sempai...Lily-sempai...o-okay...! For you guys!" Jo casts off her jacket, and pulls up her sleeve, revealing both freshly healed scars and tightly wound seals all around it.
Y Ruler of Time: He braces himself, and the roots shoot forward, pushing his body with them, aiming for a joust with the dog rather than a chase.
Viewtiful Rekk: She reaches a hand out for the seals, and begins to unravel them.
kwikkidus: At that moment, a duel disk would be making a heavy THUD against Jo's head, as Eon walks out from behind her. "Can't let you do that now... ne?"
Sinisquirrel: It's an ugly thing, naturally enough... made even worse when the girl looks up looking far more injured than she should be. "Don't make me show you what it's like."
Viewtiful Rekk: "Nghk...!" Jo slumps over and hits the ground, face-first.
Rakath Chaos: Flies away from the explosions, "Damnit..." She cocoons in her wings.
Viewtiful Rekk: Amado merely brings up his blade, the sharp end now pointed towards Lily. "...show me what you like. It doesn't matter anymore."
Viewtiful Rekk: ....before black flames start wildly shooting out at Amado, Desdemona, Xander, Meso, and his friend the puppy.
kwikkidus: "Well..." He claps his hands together. "Poor thing... never had a cha-?"
Sinisquirrel: For a moment, Amado would see it. Half a face made of nothing but bone and muscle, and not the healthy, living kind. Some of the scalp and hair is gone as well...
Y Ruler of Time: Fire. Black fire. Riku plants his feet again and stumbles to a halt before he gets swept up in them.
Sinisquirrel: But it doesn't matter as 'the calvary' arrives. "What took you so long?"
Polk Kitsune: The pup howled out in pain, while Meso shielded his queen, forming a black barrier between her and the flames.
Y Ruler of Time: Xander, meanwhile, ducks and covers.
Rakath Chaos: "So this is the cavalry... didn't expect this." Amy looks around.
Rakath Chaos: She decides to fly over and baseball swing the flat of her sword at Xander.
Viewtiful Rekk: Alastor Donovan grins as he comes to stop in front of the battle. "Well, so glad to see you're all so glad to see me."
Sinisquirrel: "Senpai! Be careful with those!" Ren is heard shouting as she puts her arms around Riku.
Y Ruler of Time: Clonk. Out like a light.
Rakath Chaos: Amy sighs and lands, "So Donovan, what brings you here?"
Y Ruler of Time: Riku picks his head up and looks around.
Polk Kitsune: "Gggrrr... Alastor..." Meso growled as he glared at him.
Viewtiful Rekk: Desdemona smiles. "...ah...I think I've heard of this boy..."
Viewtiful Rekk: Amado snarls. "Donovan..."
Sinisquirrel: It's not a lot, but the flames are licking off of some sort of shield around her. "Riku-san? A-Are you okay?"
kwikkidus: "Oh, it's you..." And this is the point where Eon climbs up into a tree, taking Jo with him and setting her in the branches before hopping back down.
Viewtiful Rekk: "I'm on probation, you could say." Alastor looks around. "So...one, two, three opponents...three and a half if we're counting Flunky."
Y Ruler of Time: "Hang on a sec, Ikuhara," Riku mutters, already moving up to Jo.
Rakath Chaos: Amy flies over to Donovan. "Well, I would insult you, but we're in a bind."
Y Ruler of Time: "Insult him anyway!"
Viewtiful Rekk: "Oh, but why ruin a good thing?"
kwikkidus: He raises a hand. "ahh, I'm just here to prevent a few tragedies."
Polk Kitsune: "So.. Donovan... Seems you decided to be a goody-two-shoes." Meso said as he twirled his rubber chicken around.
Viewtiful Rekk: Alastor smirks. "Goody-two-shoes? Yeah, I do suppose that fits."
Viewtiful Rekk: "In fact, I think I like that! Call me goody-two-shoes Donovan!" He says with a grin. "BURN, DARK HORUS!"
Sinisquirrel: "H-Hero is more like it..." Ren mumbles, moving on to the next 'patient.' "I'm fine..."
Viewtiful Rekk: Black flames burst from his arms and cover them, forming into two metallic wings.
Viewtiful Rekk: Amado has all but forgotten Lily, and is now concentrating squarely on Alastor. "Fine. I'll just beat you this time, then!"
kwikkidus: Eon wanders right over to Lily, offering her a hand. "I recommend you cut and run, Munos pretty effectively won this one."
Rakath Chaos: "Donovan, can you do Me a favor? I got a promise to keep." Amy has that serious look on her face.
Y Ruler of Time: "Shut the hell up, Flunky," Riku says from the tree, gathering up Jo. A vine wraps around Eon's neck.
Viewtiful Rekk: "I'd be glad to test that, but well, I'm not here to win..." He brings up his two metallic appendages. "Ren-chan, get Kayou and Miss Sakuma out of here. Sullivan, you're with me."
Sinisquirrel: "He hasn't won yet." Ren nods defensively for the girl who isn't offering her hand.
Viewtiful Rekk: "And what is it?"
Rakath Chaos: "Leave me the Red Swordsman, I promised him I'd put him down if he went all out of control."
kwikkidus: "...So rude..." he pulls out a switchblade, cutting through the vine. "Stop that, ne?"
Y Ruler of Time: Tree branch to the head.
Viewtiful Rekk: "We can worry about that later. We're withdrawing now."
Viewtiful Rekk: "And Kayou, stop those shenanigans!"
kwikkidus: Duck. "Again, that's very rude. Quit."
Viewtiful Rekk: "Flunky's life is already a shameless lie, you don't need to hit him!"
Sinisquirrel: "C-Come on, Sakuma-san..." "But, Amado-san is..." "We'll come back later, I-I promise!" "Right..." And together they leave.
Rakath Chaos: "Very well. Seems like the best plan we got anyway."
Polk Kitsune: "Oh, so you're a coward too, Donovan" Meso shook his head as he stepped forward. "And I thought once you had a chance of doing something..."
Viewtiful Rekk: Desdemona frowns. "Very well...it seems as though we'd have had to go through you two at some point anyway."
Viewtiful Rekk: "I can do plenty, Meso. Strategy happens to be one of them."
Y Ruler of Time: Riku makes his way through the branches to a position above Anna and Xander, and vines bring her up to him as well.
Viewtiful Rekk: *many things
kwikkidus: "Oh, and... be sure to hate Amado-san and I for this defeat, ne?" He smiles at them. "Let it fill you. Maybe you'll beat us then."
Polk Kitsune: As Riku leapt out, the puppy was back up, ready to welcome him back, growling angrily.
Viewtiful Rekk: Alastor glances. "Ugh."
Y Ruler of Time: "Fuck off, pooch," he drops something in its mouth.
Viewtiful Rekk: "Sullivan. Deal with the puppy. I can handle these three for...a couple minutes at least."
Rakath Chaos: Amy grins and just starts raining down energy shots at the puppy as she rushes in with her sword.
Viewtiful Rekk: "Alrighty..." Alastor cracks his neck. "Don't suppose you three would agree to one at a time, would you?"
Polk Kitsune: "Why not?" Meso's form suddenly vanished in black smoke, and reapeared on the flaming boy's back, bringing black claws to his neck. "Let's make it a little more personal."
Viewtiful Rekk: Alastor pivots on one foot, bringing his arm to block the claws. "Geez...!"
Polk Kitsune: The pup whined as it got truck the first time, and suddenly started to dodge, a small hole apearign where the shot hit.
Viewtiful Rekk: Amado takes this opportunity to slash at Alastor's exposed back, which he barely managed to block with his other arm.
Viewtiful Rekk: "Well...this ain't good..." Desdemona is charging a spell in her hands. "Ah...just hold him there, Amado dear, my king."
Y Ruler of Time: "Oy Amy," Riku called as he prepared to depart, and the dog changed its target. "Let me know how cool it is. I'm really mad that I'm missing it.
Polk Kitsune: The claws grab hold of the arm, twisting around it like a tentacle, and squeezed hard while the boy's other hand swung the rubber chicken at Alastor's neck.
Y Ruler of Time: Assisted by the branches twisting about, he makes his way off, clutching both girls to him.
Polk Kitsune: "With pleasure!"
Rakath Chaos: Amy nods to him before continuing to just rain down beams of light on the puppy.
Viewtiful Rekk: "Oh, shitfuckcockassjackal."
Sinisquirrel: "G-Gee, Sakuma-san, you look horrible..." "It will take care of itself." Amado-san... what happened to you? Jin-san, I wish you were here...
kwikkidus: "Now, now... do we really have to kill him? It'd make much more sense to turn him over to our side, na no ne? A guy like that... can't he see the power we're after? The power to get stronger... ne?"
Viewtiful Rekk: Alastor closes his eyes tightly, and bursts of pressure and heat shoot off of him rapidly at Amado and Meso. "Ngh, shit...!" Amado backs off, out of range of the pulses.
Polk Kitsune: The hellhound started to move quicker, staring up at it's opponent. One head focused around the blasts while the other breathed out balls of fire at the flying girl.
Polk Kitsune: "HA HAAA!" The boy let go, only holding to Alastor by one black tentacle, swinging around...
Rakath Chaos: Amy darted around in the sky dodging the balls of fire. Her halos all flew away from her, continuing to attack now at odd angles at the dog while she rushes in with her sword.
Viewtiful Rekk: "SHIIIIIT!" Alastor screams out as he's swung around. "Getting....dizzy!"
Polk Kitsune: "Get him, Alfredo!" And as the boy yelled out, the rubber chicken that was tied around the boy's shoulder started to grow those same black tendrils, and started to crawl up on the boy's body, toward the face...
Viewtiful Rekk: "Oh, like hell!" Alastor snarled as he grabbed at the tendril, his hand burning at it and tearing it away, before flying backwards... right into a sword strike from Amado. And another fire spell from Desdemona.
Polk Kitsune: The dog didn't seem to stop, moving wildly. Every blows ate pieces off, but as a payoff, was moving even faster. It turned, and dashed straight for the girl, both maws open wide.
Viewtiful Rekk: "Okay..." Alastor shoots back, keeping his eyes on all three. "Not...going as well as I'd hoped..."
Rakath Chaos: Amy sighs, "Donovan, hope you can hold this off yourself."
Viewtiful Rekk: "Sullivan, hope you can handle that thing yourself..."
Y Ruler of Time: And now the two headed dog should start experiencing the stomachache of a lifetime.
Polk Kitsune: Meso grinned, and grabbed the chicken as he swung around, grinning widely. "Bingo..."
Viewtiful Rekk: Alastor brings his arms together and points them at the three, as they start glowing brightly.
Viewtiful Rekk: "Now, bear in mind, I don't have a name for this one yet, so you'll have to use your imagination!"
Viewtiful Rekk: And suddenly, a suggestion from beyond the fourth wall smacked Alastor upside the head. "Oooh, I like that!"
Rakath Chaos: Amy's Halos flew to her sword and floated connected to the handguard. She points the blade forward, shouted out "JUDGEMENT ARRAY!"
Rakath Chaos: A beam of holy white energy blinding and powerful blasts out at the dog the moment whatever Riku did made for a distraction.
Viewtiful Rekk: "Take this!" The arms are now buckling under the energy they're producing. "HEARTLESS ANGEL!"
Rakath Chaos: Amy's wings explode off her back as she does this.
Polk Kitsune: "Aruu?" The dog growled as it looked down. That didn't feel right...
Viewtiful Rekk: The two arms shatter, and send a flood of black fire energy towards the three, decimating everything in its wake. "Dammit!" Desdemona waves a hand, and three barriers appear over her, Amado and Meso.
Polk Kitsune: Before looking up at Amy, it's flaming eyes wide...
Viewtiful Rekk: The barriers start to buckle under the attack. Desdemona lets out a low curse and begins muttering incantations under her breath, strengthening them until the attack ends...
Viewtiful Rekk: At which point Alastor is long gone.
Polk Kitsune: Meso winced, ad shielded himself as the flame blew at him, letting go off Donovan.
Viewtiful Rekk: "Hmmm...I wonder if Heartless Angel is really the best name..."
Viewtiful Rekk: "Maybe...Heartless Inferno?" He rubs his chin. This seems to be his biggest priority at the moment, besides running.
Rakath Chaos: When the beam finishes Amy falls to the ground with a thud. Her Seal state fading away. She quickly puts her hand to the ground and a gate opens below her. "Well... did what we could..."
Polk Kitsune: The dog howled out in pain as it was struck, the light searing it painfully...
kwikkidus: "...Huh... neat attack..." He stares at the path the escaping boy took. After all, not being in its path made it easier to observe. "Some kinda flash fire. I like it..."
Viewtiful Rekk: "Dammit! I'm going after him!" Amado snarls and starts walking. "No." Desdemona holds up a hand. She's now leaning back against a tree, a strained look on her face.
Rakath Chaos: Amy falls into her gate and lands on the floor of her room. The gate vanishes.
Polk Kitsune: By the time the light faded, the dog's flames were dim down to embers, the tendrils a flaky leftover as it stumbled, barely alive...
Viewtiful Rekk: "They...managed to succeed in getting away. Chasing them at this point just risks alerting the teachers. And...I am rapidly approaching my limit."
Y Ruler of Time: Still alive, and just in time for the little stomach ache from before to get a great deal more uncomfortable.
kwikkidus: "So, boss. They escaped. Enough negative emotion for you, yet?" He quirks an eyebrow over at Munos.
Y Ruler of Time: It should feel the overwhelming need to throw up...but notice it is incapable of doing so, as both of its esophagi are...blocked.
Viewtiful Rekk: "...who's he?"
Polk Kitsune: The god growled as the feeling erupted even more, whimpering in pain...
kwikkidus: "An expert at making others feel hatred and anger. Something you happen to need, ne?"
Viewtiful Rekk: "I...was more looking for a name."
Y Ruler of Time: Then something forces itself slowly up one of the throats...and a branch emerges from the corresponding mouth.
Polk Kitsune: Meso smirked as he stepped forward. "Quite... A good battle, and we're still missing some of our forces..."
kwikkidus: "That's a good one. You already know me, ne?" He shuts his eye, smiling. "You still owe me a favor after all..."
Polk Kitsune: "Didn't expect Donovan though."
Viewtiful Rekk: "...what...are you talking about?"
Polk Kitsune: Meso snickered. "He's hired help, you could say..."
kwikkidus: "Isabel Marias... ne? Your deck went missing, I got it back for you. You still owe me one. Ne?"
Viewtiful Rekk: "...I seem to remember Isabel's deck being stolen, but I don't remember you."
Polk Kitsune: "My queen, meet Eon... Eon, meet my queen, Desdemona..."
kwikkidus: "Oh. That's likely because I'm good at escaping notice."
Viewtiful Rekk: "...Eon...Eon...ah! Of course, Eon Flunky! How could I forget?" Very easily, apparently.
kwikkidus: "It's a pleasure." He bows slightly. "Now then, if you'll pardon there's much more work to be done... and I can't very well do it here, ne?"
Polk Kitsune: "Agreed... And thank you for the assistance."
Viewtiful Rekk: Amado merely shoots a glare at Eon as his Seal retracts. "Then piss off, Flunky."
kwikkidus: Once more he bows. "Of course. Ja." And he hops back into the shadows, wandering off.
Viewtiful Rekk: Alastor eventually makes it out of the forest, and lets out a sigh of relief. "Toooo close...' He pulls out his PDA and dials up Ren.
Sinisquirrel: Ren's PDA beeps. "O-Oh... can you excuse me?" "Mmn..." Lily nods and leans against a tree as Ren answers the call. "Senpai?"
Polk Kitsune: "... Flunky. Weakling, but an interesting human, to say the least."
Viewtiful Rekk: "Ren-chan. How you doin'?"
Viewtiful Rekk: "He's a pissant."
Sinisquirrel: "S-Senpai! What happened!?"
Viewtiful Rekk: "I'm pretty sure everybody got away safely."
Viewtiful Rekk: "I sent Sullivan to go help Kayou...it seemed like an opponent they could handle, so they should be fine."
Viewtiful Rekk: "I'll meet you back at the infirmary after I check on them, alright?
Sinisquirrel: "A-All right... should I call sensei?"
Viewtiful Rekk: "Sure. She should know we all got out okay."
Sinisquirrel: "All right... C-Call me for anything, okay?"
Viewtiful Rekk: He smiles. "I will."
Sinisquirrel: "Okay!" Pip! The PDA is off. "Sakuma-sa--" The girl isn't there. "--n?"
Viewtiful Rekk: He then dials up Riku. Don't ask how he got the number.
Polk Kitsune: Meso looked at the dog as it strugled, coughing, gurgling. "... That looks bad."
Y Ruler of Time: And the plant inside it is still growing. It definitely looks like Brutus and Caligula will soon be torn apart by the thing.
Y Ruler of Time: Elsewhere, Riku picks up.
Y Ruler of Time: "It's really really hard carrying two girls through the tops of trees while telling a seed half a mile behind me to grow like crazy. What do you want?"
Viewtiful Rekk: Amado looks at Desdemona. "...Are you okay, Desdemona..." He pauses. "...san?" Desdemona smiles a bit. "I'll be alright...I overestimated the stamina of my body. I just need to rest."
Viewtiful Rekk: "Well, Yamato."
Viewtiful Rekk: "I wanted to make sure you and Sullivan are okay."
Polk Kitsune: The dog's mouths opened wide, branches coming out from it, vines coming out from it's paws...
Y Ruler of Time: " 'M fine. Amy, not sure...but she ain't dead, I can tell that much."
Polk Kitsune: Meso came by, and kneeled next to Desdemona. "I should have interrupted sooner. I'm sorry, love."
Viewtiful Rekk: "...is she one of the girls you're carrying?"
Y Ruler of Time: "No. She can move a lot faster'n me, especially if she's unburdened...I'm heading for her room now."
Viewtiful Rekk: "Ah, please..." Desdemona pulls her king upwards. "It's perfectly fine, my king...none of us are injured." She glances over at Xander. "...well, permanently injured."
Viewtiful Rekk: "Alright....tell y'what. Meet up with me, give me the girls, check on Sullivan, then get her to the infirmary. We're all meeting up there."
Polk Kitsune: He smirked as he nodded. "Of course..." He glanced at Xander. "I'm sure he'll be fine. He's tougher than he looks."
Polk Kitsune: He then smirked at Des. "You keep making me proud, dear."
Y Ruler of Time: Xander's muttering to himself in his sleep. Something about hating magic.
Viewtiful Rekk: Desdemona claps her hands together. "Ah...I'm so glad!"
Polk Kitsune: "But now... We'll have to speed things up. They know who we are now. They'll surely get help." He said, twirling the rubber chicken around.
Polk Kitsune: He looked over at Brutus and Caligula. The hellhound seemed in terrible pain. "Shhh... Oh, poor dog..." He snerked a bit, lifting the chicken up. "You rest now..."
Viewtiful Rekk: Desdemona glances at the dog. "...how unnecessarily brutal..." She mutters.
Polk Kitsune: "Agreed. But he'll be alright." The dog whined, and started to melt to pieces, falling apart in chunks, which started to slither around, leaving behind a growing plant.
Y Ruler of Time: "...The last guy who called me to plan stuff out immediately betrayed us. And you don't have the best track record."
Polk Kitsune: The chunks started to slither off, and converge around Meso, slithering up his leg, around his torso, down his arm, and into the chicken...
Viewtiful Rekk: "If I let you kick me in the crotch when we meet, will that help things?"
Y Ruler of Time: "...Couldn't hurt."
Viewtiful Rekk: "Alright then! I'm headed your way." And he's off.
Polk Kitsune: "This will trap him... but he'll survive." He smirked. "He's been a good dog. It'd be a waste to see him gone..."
Viewtiful Rekk: Desdemona nodded. "Of course."
Polk Kitsune: Soon, all of it had gone into the orb. "Rest well..." His eyes narrowed. "We'll need you soon enough."
Viewtiful Rekk: Desdemona looks to Amado. "Amado dear?" "Yeah?" "Please find Mylene and Adonis...and call me when you do. It's time we had a small meeting.."
Viewtiful Rekk: "...sure." In a Wingbeat, Amado vanishes.
Polk Kitsune: Meso gave a low whistle. "Good minion... I'm surprise, I always thought he lacked the... dedication."
Viewtiful Rekk: Desdemona smiles. "He just needs the proper motivation."
Polk Kitsune: He chuckled. "Of course... Good one too."
Polk Kitsune: "I suppose we better prepare for the meeting. I'll get Melissa back with us..."
Polk Kitsune: He leans up, kissing her. "You've been wonderful to me, dear~"
Viewtiful Rekk: Desdemona smiles widely and places an arm around him. "And you to me, my king."
